in the role, youll begin to triage customer issues, perform 1st level support for workstations and resolutions for peripherals (printers, cameras, scanners, etc.). Youll also ensure escalations are clearly communicated, solutions are clearly communicated to customers, follow ups are completed and tickets closed.
Provide ongoing support to existing customers to include, sales, product support, training, general administrative, new application sales, product upgrade management and general customer relationship management responsibilities.
Handle commercial lines coverages heavy in contractors/artisan contractors (plumbers, electricians and landscapers); additionally general liability, workers compensation, commercial auto and inland marine.
Performs data entry of orders received from customers and/or the sales force by phone, fax or email into the companys Microsoft AX system and processes other sales order transactions such as order confirmations, order changes, cancellations, RMAs, etc.
Analyze, reproduce, trouble-shoot, and resolve issues related to specific and general functionality of OfficeMate software and its associated third-party integrations by working with management, development, quality assurance, and acquired in-depth knowledge of the OfficeMate products.
