In this role, the selected candidate will work as part of a wider continuous improvement team and ensure that the customer journey is represented effectively through well designed, clear and consistent communications.
The Customer Relations Manager report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible to perform duties to meet objectives of the Division by effectively utilizing people and resources. Plan, manage, and oversee all activities as they relate to departmental objectives, customer relations, quality assurance, accounting and related administrative practices.
In this role, you will coordinate efforts for special mailing campaigns, including attending creative strategy meetings, researching test ideas, and working with external consultants or vendors to produce creative samples.
In this role, you will be responsible to support the Director of Communications for Customer Solutions in developing strategic internal communications plans and channel strategies and then executing on supporting tactics with superior judgment.
