The Geotechnical Construction Project Manager- will be responsible for the overall management of geotechnical construction projects; this position will work primarily from the corporate office in Houston but also include travel to construction sites as needed to execute project management, work closely with clients and oversee the work.
Ensure that suitably appropriate projects plans and detailed Gannt charts are in place for all allocated projects and that plans are updated on a regular basis to ensure relevance throughout the project.
Responsible for providing technical expertise in coordinating the activities of new home construction according to the Companys standards and processes; ensures construction schedules, safety, SWPPP, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.

Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
The Construction Project Manager will supervise the execution of construction according to the contract and AutoZone's policies, procedures and standards; ensure that AutoZone's programs are being utilized to optimize the performance of AutoZone and the contractor. The Construction Project Manager is a steward of AutoZone's resources (materials, Capital, Equipment, and people) and continually assesses contractor performance for quality, cost, schedule, safety and security expectations.
Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting facility projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
