Construction Manager will be responsible for verifying that the contractor completes the work per the specifications and drawings. Construction Management duties are not limited to but will include verification of construction, change orders and schedule management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading all business development strategies for the business. You will probably spend the majority of your time networking at a senior level, attending events and monitoring key construction project wins.
Provide, supervision, inspection and review of construction activities to minimize impacts on operating facilities and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company safety and environmental policies, project scope and constraints, and applicable industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies and plans to ensure your team meets or exceeds the project delivery contractually and financially. Measure and report progress, but dont just look back. Develop tactics to make sure we stay on track.
Managing all aspects of civil construction projects such as roadways, bridges, underground utilities, earthwork, concrete foundations and flat work. Successful candidate will also have working knowledge of water pipelines, paving, underground substation, sewage and drainage. Coordinate, schedule and supervise field activities as the Project Manager, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction through quality and value. May be responsible for more than one project at a time.
Responsible for maintaining records relating to inspection and testing data, and applying quality assurance / control procedures. Develop working relationship with customers, both internal and external, in order to ensure customer needs are addressed.
