The successful applicant would contribute to making an online atlas of three dimensional images, and to identifying genetic mutations affecting zebrafish skull development. The applicant should also be organized and keep clear records, and be able to learn and troubleshoot new software.
In this role, the selected candidate will insert various types of relevant knowledge into GIS software, such as: Entering text and spreadsheet files of latitude and longitude coordinates and tabular data; and Placing Aerial and satellite imagery as well as physical maps through digitizing process.
The candidate will have the opportunity to gain department of defense forensic certifications while under mentorship. Conduct imaging and data extraction processes on a variety of media including thumb drives, memory cards, hard drives, game systems, and mobile devices.
