Develop, recommend, implement, support and monitor compliance for new and existing employee benefits programs. Maintain relationships with vendors, brokers and consultants to assess program and market trend.
Work closely with the Sr. Director of HR Compensation, HR Business Partner of Global Sales, Director of Global Sales Operations, and Finance to support ongoing initiatives, including Compensation trends and Commission Plan Design.

Lead a team that is responsible for the design and implementation of sales compensation plans/programs for Sprint's Direct Retail Channels. Ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with the company's business objectives and talent strategy. Translate strategic objectives into market competitive programs to optimize business results.
Manages the planning and direction of departmental financial or decision support projects and the supervision of staff. Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs. Monitors and evaluates project progress and results to determine improvements in procedures needed to meet ultimate objectives. Evaluates budget performance, expenditures, and operational effectiveness.

He or she will also provide compensation activities for various WB divisions worldwide, conducting and interpreting wage and salary surveys and recommending changes to ensure company compensation objectives.
