Work effectively with internal staff, staff at local and state government agencies, and with contracted health plans and regulatory/accreditation entities to develop and implement processes to better serve enrollees.
Develops, initiates, and maintains relationships with all referral sources, health care professionals, and the community, to provide opportunities for education about end-of-life issues, working collaboratively with them to encourage and facilitate referrals and fulfill their needs.
This position is responsible for the overall marketing program for Home Health Care. This position will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient volume and market share for these services
Manage key accounts by identifying and developing key accounts, building relationships with critical decision makers at referral sources, and establishing a strong sales pipeline. Make decisions on when to shift and/or adjust efforts as needed based on results.
