The Manager, Community and Rewards is responsible for helping to build and manage a strong online community for WBs OTT channel. This includes moderating and monitoring forums, designing and executing community engagement and rewards programs and reporting and resolving community issues.
Create mechanism to assure education and training delivery to Indivior employees, contractors and agents globally and processes to tracking delivery and completion of the delivery of and educational content.
The manager will work cooperatively with NAHB staff across the association to ensure that appropriate communication channels including newsletters, press releases, webpages, social media, and other vehicles are employed to increase the value of NAHB membership for members, and better communicate NAHBs value to the public.
This position will be responsible for the coordination and governance of local community and state programs and activities that build community relationships, trust and supports NWNA's social license to operate.
Coordinate and support the community relationship and investment (e.g. donations, volunteerism, community events, open houses, site/factory tours, sponsorship, government relations, public relations and siting) activities of CR and PR consultants, Natural Resource Managers, Factory Managers and other NWNA people, as required.

This position will be responsible for developing, leading, renovating and innovating (where applicable) the strategy for all communication channels and programs with ReadyRefresh, with a critical focus on frontline employee engagement and connectivity to company information.
Collaborates with colleagues across the Office of Communications & Marketing (press, digital media, marketing, and publications) to develop and deliver timely, complementary internal communications messages as they may relate to important external news, institutional progress, advertising, or external publications.
Work with Executive Director to develop disruptive global communications strategies for all brands, all programs; devise programming and campaigns that will engage editors, bloggers, influencers and consumers to increase awareness and brand consideration.
Lead the development and implementation of communication strategy in close collaboration with the divisions leadership teams and provide communications expertise and counsel along with excellent execution.
