This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, planning, and implementing supply chain solutions with the goal of improving efficiencies and reducing costs. Directs, plans, and manages projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in interacting daily and optimizing programmatic campaigns, via Double Click Bid Manager as well as a high comfort level interacting with and presenting to clients.
Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
Assisting dock audit inspections and cycle counts, identifying inventory restocking requirements, making order quantity decisions and submitting purchase requests for approval, and planning material requirements to satisfy customers demand.
Support incoming and outgoing individuals of permanent party and augmented workforce, assist in logistical training, manage IMPAC cards, and manage lateral transfers, process Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss ( FLIPLs ), AARs and many other related supply transactions.
The selected candidate will be supporting Naval Ship Support Activity (NSSA) by providing assessment support for the Total Ship Readiness Assessment (TSRA), Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessment (BMDRA), and Continuous Maintenance Availability Visits (CMAV) onboard Navy ships.
