This IT Business Analyst - R&D Systems & Processes will support product development (PD) process improvement projects related to R&D activities, systems, and formula security. This Analyst will define project scope & impact to PD, understand PD requirements, test, implement, train, optimize, and conduct post project maintenance.
In this role, you will be responsible for
assisting in collecting the business requirements and translating them into the low level design and implementation for all end to end BI/Data Warehousing solutions.
The Business Analyst is responsible for the review, analyze, and evaluate processes, systems, and user needs for planned projects based on the business plan of the enterprise. The Business Analyst is involved in the development of business cases, facilitation of analysis workshops, the selection of the most effective solution and the definition and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure enterprise operational and IT deliverables meet the requirements of the enterprise.
In this role, you will be a liaison between their Finance team and the implementation team. In this role, you will be working with the companies users to gather requirements, GAP analysis, documentation, implementation, and support.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and productize analytics required to drive improvements in our business; drive the design and implementation of key Squares go-to- (both high touch and scaled merchant engagement).
This position serves as a technical lead and is responsible for working with end users to understand their requirements, design and implement decision support assets, and maintain them on an ongoing basis with no day-to-day supervision.
In this role, the selected candidate will create install, configure, patch, upgrade, monitor and backup automated solutions to report financial and actuarial data issues and complete long term projects the directly impact bottom line.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in the Business Analysis field or in a related area; familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field; rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
