Provides quality customer service by communicating in an accurate, timely, and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of integrity regarding the confidentiality of customer accounts, maintaining acceptable time frames on loan applications and providing alternative solutions when applications do not meet BOW guidelines.
Develop small business skills of assigned territory team, primarily Branch Managers, through execution of joint sales activities and ongoing training. Provide ongoing coaching to Branch staff and partners in assigned territory to effectively identify referral opportunities.
Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.
Develop a Center of Influence (COI) network by engaging in business networking and community activities. SBB will actively represent the Company in business community, generate business leads and close business opportunities.
Provides direct communication with customers, realtors, and third party providers to facilitate loan application to closing. Maintains positive public relations with brokers, agents, builders, and realtors.
Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-through. Provide a high level of personalized sales and service support to key client and Strategic Relationships within the Bank.
Work closely with the following partners: financial center, customer contact center, merchant services, business banking partners and other leadership to deliver an integrated and seamless company experience for these clients.
Responsible for growing the profitability of the small business customer base and will lead with a primary deposit relationship.The SBB is accountable for prospecting and acquiring new priority small businesses, as well as retaining and deepening existing relationships.
