The Director of Sales will be responsible for generating new sales initiatives, forecasting and developing action plans based on trends, daily and weekly contests, coaching, conducting weekly one on ones, and assessing and developing current packages & product sets to ensure they align with the marketplace and needs of our clients.
Must be able to execute upon set priorities - Need to work extremely close with Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to help inboard clients with new features along with Training our clients.
Guide and manage analyst/sr. analysts in performing extraction of data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms and perform hygiene and quality control steps. Data sources will include: web analytic tools, media analytics, customer databases, social listening tools, search tools, syndicated data, research & survey tools, etc.
Help guide copywriters (and medical writers for medical education) when developing high science content, determine adequacy of references, participate in team meetings, manage workflow; deliver work that is detailed, accurate and consistently on target.
Ensures that strategic regulatory advice is provided on advertising and promotion materials / activities for BU products in accordance with business goals and objectives, FDA regulations / guidances, PhRMA guidelines and company policy.
