In this role, you will be responsible for establishing external communications strategy, objectives and success metrics, working with the EVP of strategic marketing to set the communications vision for the company and ensure consistent messaging.
In this role, the selected candidate partners with the company Medical Services and group executive and senior management to define business strategies and to create Business Development policies, goals and objectives to support the strategic business objectives.
In this role you will manage and monitor annual department sales budget and associated reports and statements; report and track all value secured via partnership alliances in the form of cash, value in kind, co-marketing and/or meetings/room night commitments.
In this role, you will provide primary leadership and direction for marketing opportunities within the division, ensuring collaboration with Provider Relationship Management, Physician Services Group, CRM, IT, Operations, Finance, Hospital Leadership, and Corporate Affairs.
This position is responsible for managing all of the Division Sales and Marketing business plans, including but not limited to their personnel, budgets, compliance to Corporate driven processes and training platforms.
In this role, the selected candidate will meet or exceeds the bookings target associated with the territory Manages cost of sale vs. budget Appropriately manages the overall bookings in terms of mix (HW/SW/SVE), timing and terms Build and maintain relationships with management of existing/new accounts.
