The Application Support Trainer is responsible for end user training and technical support for the CCS applications. Acts as conduit for end user feedback about applications, being their advocate within the Information Technology Department for end user requirements, and solutions.
In this role, you will work effectively with subject matter experts, training teammates, Service Excellence & Operations internal clients to create engaging content and manage training project design and development.
In this role, you will deliver training courses in both public classroom and virtual deliveries in addition occasional onsite (customer site) deliveries. Maintain adequate delivery satisfaction statistics to drive program success.
