The Project Manager will lead the project team, develop timelines in agreed-upon project management software, facilitate the deployment of the business design, and ensure that the business objectives of the project are met based on pre-defined project metrics.
Ensure daily operations are meeting established performance expectations; update, manage and communicate performance dashboards, performance action plans, and ad-hoc reports as needed, to effectively represent the state-of-operations.
Manage corporate marketing programs to include market analysis, market strategy, trade shows and sales meeting events. Oversee literature and sample development, fulfillment and distribution. Manage product brand communication efforts.
The Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for directing the daily activities of the distribution center (DC) on a single shift, including supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment and manpower.
Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Sortation Centers (SC) to meet and exceed Business Plans.
Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day project activities (set priorities given resource constraints, facilitate meetings, monitor progress against established timeline, ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date).
In this role, you will be responsible to develop manufacturing organizational strategies by contributing manufacturing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
