The QA Analyst certifies and assures the quality of new and existing products by executing test plans and scripts to verify that new or modified software programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
Participate in project planning and execute on project commitments. Analyze and strengthen testing automation strategy for the department to automate testing, recommend and build processes using automation tools.
Maintain and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigate customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.

The Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst is a clinician who conducts internal monitoring and assists in resolving/preventing deficiencies impacting plan compliance/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to regulatory and accreditation standards. The incumbent interfaces with a diverse range of clinical and administrative professionals, resolves complex issues, and performs data analytic, monitoring and reporting activities.
Establishes gage calibration procedures. Recalls gages for calibration at a predetermined time period, includes coordination with outside laboratories if required. Assures that gages re calibrated, identified and gage records are updated and placed on file.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
Assistance with the analysis of claims from external customers that are directed toward a leather issue, including MLB for Pro and Practice baseballs, retail accounts and end consumers who buy commercial balls for signings, our glove suppliers who purchase leather, and any other leather customers.
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for establishing parameters and measurements to ensure that parts manufactured by our facility or received from the supply chain meet established requirements. Non-conformance must be documented and corrected to meet developed standards.
Designs, codes, unit tests, white box tests, and debugs software; writes or participates in code documentation; design of test case and analysis of problems/ test results. Sanity/Performance testing of medical device products is plus.
