In this role, you will be responsible for order entry, double checking orders, proficiency in dispensing and inventory, clinically referencing lab values for appropriate dosing of chemo and non-chemo drugs for standard of care therapy, overseeing technical support while maintaining workflow.
Provide recommendations to healthcare providers and patients. Consults with patient and physician regarding over the counter products, side effects, and dosages, ensuring accuracy of information at all times.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing medication exception request, as well as completing data analysis and various clinical projects, organize, prioritize and manage multiple teams and initiatives on a regular basis with high level of detail.
This Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for working with broad base of specialty medications. There are 20 different Specialty Clinics. 2-Rheumatically clinic, Arthritis, Pediatric endocrinology, Ped Rheumatically, Oncology, Cystic fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, Pulmonary Hypertension, Neurology, IBD, Hemophilia, Lipid.
