In this role, you will be responsible to develop manufacturing organizational strategies by contributing manufacturing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Responsible for overall accuracy and efficiency of the general ledger, including ownership of all activities related to the close process for all legal entities. Gather, analyze and prepare monthly forecasts, various management and executive financial reports and annual budget for SG&A departments. Assist in developing the monthly policy deployment and KPI analysis and reports. Share in completing the day to day accounting tasks.
Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in resolving project issues in challenging and complex situations. Identifies opportunities for cross-discipline participation. Develops and documents project policies and procedures.
Responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts (e.g., KOLs, Medical Director, Quality Director, C-suite, Director of Pharmacy, Industry Relations, etc.) and identify opportunities for further engagement.
Must have experience writing policy, performing vulnerability testing and operating system hardening along with demonstrated leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines.
