In this role, you will provide data and metrics to operational team through utilization of HR system and other sources of key metrics. The selected candidate will lead and facilitate activities that drive employee engagement and retention.
Drive talent management and succession planning activities within the business. Pro-actively partner with the business and hr partners in recruiting and learning & development to develop plans to strengthen or fill gaps, as needed, to ensure a ready talent pipeline.
In this role, you will assist location supervisors in the preparation of job descriptions reflecting realignment of job functions and responsibilities to ensure proper utilization of location positions.
