The Human Resources Generalist provides excellent customer service, guidance, support, and expertise in the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
In this role, you will manage administration of HRIS, as well as assist in benefits administration including but not limited to monthly health and welfare benefits enrollment, employee recognition program, and leaves of absence process.
In this role, the selected candidate performs a variety of functions for multifunction teams, as part of a high-performance HR work team; interprets policies and makes recommendations on routine HR matters.

The HR Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, and delivering courses. The Coordinator evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. The training coordinator is responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
In this role, you will be responsible to conducts recruitment and candidate source activities for exempt and nonexempt staff, including, candidate screening, testing, advertising, and candidate production/identification through educational institutions, career fairs etc.
