The HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring alignment between the business operations and HR practices and objectives. Understanding and translating business strategy, the HR Business Partner provides nimble and dynamic solutions to people issues using data to guide decision making.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide HR observations related to departmental issues in meetings and one-on-one. Interpret talent management data for departments and work with VP of HR to develop appropriate initiatives.
The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
