The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to assist the Project Coordinator and/or General Manager in recruiting, hiring, directing Field Employees, and to assist in maintaining a quality workforce.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages administrative functions related to the full-lifecycle recruitment processes and maintains excellent relations with recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates, and the community at-large.
In this role, you will conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates. Creates a communication plan that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent.
The ideal candidate has an established network combined with work experience in assessing the best candidates for various types of IT/Technical positions. This position is responsible for insuring our company attracts, hires and retains the best technical employees for our clients, while growing a strong talented pipeline of candidates for future engagements.
