In this role, you will be responsible to
Develop new business opportunities for current and new products in the areas of electrical engineering, assessment, testing, preventive maintenance, energy and power;
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for determining the overall strategic direction, including the financial performance, of its assigned territory in meeting and/or exceeding its annual targets.
In this role you will manage existing relationships with key distributors and wholesalers while growing the network of contractors. New business is driven by building relations with key contractors in the area.
The Regional Account Manager - Southeast, is responsible for contributing to sales growth of large enterprise and public sector business throughout the region through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with current customer base.
Develop new selling techniques and implement them through ams and bdms, contact lost accounts to regain business, prepare weekly sales to goal and budget reports with a focus on profitability and p&l, participate in and/or lead local sales councils.
Ensure that key customer accounts continue to thrive in a partnership with company; Responsible for any prospect opportunity within their assigned account base in order to advance the business opportunity for new solutions as identified by the region.
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing. Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI.
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers by treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy, taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems.
