The Director of Facility Integration is responsible for the management of on boarding the newly acquired or to be acquired facility IT/IS department including due diligence, policies, procedures, education of RCCH IT/IS processes, assisting in local staff assessment and selection, project management of inflight and new projects, assistance with budgetary management, and possible interim Director of IS role should the need arise.
Collaborate with GPO Team, Trade, Outcomes Team, Field Sales, Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs to evaluate procedural opportunities developing unique contract options that optimize patient benefit and business unit performance.
Maintain clean claims rates to exceed 90% for facilities. Develop and provide education and training to billing specialists and ensure patient accounting host system and claims module remains compliant in accordance with CMS regulatory requirements. Ensure hospital profiles are up to date and validated/certified with governmental payers as required.
Provide both a process engineering and process improvement discipline in designing and planning major initiatives. To direct staff in using industry recognized project management methods to plan and execute on major initiatives. Use data to assure decisions are based on facts, and results are supported by information that is meaningful to the organization.
The Director of Software Engineering provides strategic and technical leadership for delivering business capabilities, fostering and demonstrating thought leadership and innovation with business partners and stakeholders.
Works in conjunction with Vice President of Medical Practice Operations in providing leadership, direction, growth, and administration of all Groups clinic operations to ensure accomplishment of objectives. Is number one individual responsible for broad administrative operations regarding employed and income guarantee physicians EBITDA results.
Serves as the primary contact between HR and IT. Collaborates with and supports internal HR customers with system upgrades, reporting and JD Edwards updates. Documents HR system training, test plans and user documentation.
