Develop an account plan for each strategic account, then own the execution of set plan to drive revenue goals and business objectives. Leverage sales techniques and approaches to deliver capability presentations, structure contract terms, etc.
Create relevant workforce plans that are forward looking and satisfy the current and future requirements of the business by utilizing internal and external resources, assessment of talent and organizational capability, strength and gap analysis and identification of themes around development needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
