Plans and directs all onsite activities at client location in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state & local regulation.
Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation; ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
The Project Manager will lead the project team, develop timelines in agreed-upon project management software, facilitate the deployment of the business design, and ensure that the business objectives of the project are met based on pre-defined project metrics.
Provide management oversight for all phases of multiple construction projects running simultaneously, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing a team of multiple sub-contractors and vendors.
Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day project activities (set priorities given resource constraints, facilitate meetings, monitor progress against established timeline, ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date).
Develops and maintains ongoing contact with ESGs Project Manager to schedule and coordinate all work performed and to ensure clear and consistent communication about the projects progress, costs and training.
Proactively identify new ideas/opportunities from multiple sources or methods to improve processes beyond conventional approaches;demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and procedures to address short-term challenges.
Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/ schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout.
