In this role, you will BE responsible for the development of hospital - wide patient care programs, policies and procedures, development and implementation of the hospital's plan for the provision of patient care, and implementation of an effective an ongoing program to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of patient care.
The CNO actively participates in the development of the capital and operating budgets and in the development and implementation of new clinical programs. The CNO maintains sound professional philosophy, commitment to standards of excellence in patient care, exercises strong communication across all levels of staff, assists in program development, and ensures the competency, professional growth, and technical development of all members.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates within the law at all times, offer counsel on legal issues, create effective guardrails within the organization and participate in business development strategies.
In this role, you will oversee the nursing strategy and day to day operations of all inpatient and outpatient patient encounters across the continuum of care to include direct VPH, ED triage and admits.
