The Sr. Account Manager will engage technical buyers, economic buyers, and relationship buyers and engage customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers, establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization.

The Customer Supply Chain Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the external supply chain in order to deliver best in class service and efficient supply chain solutions with multiple customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop business plans and implement a new customer development strategy sufficient to generate new accounts; manage customer projects and trials to ensure industry leading service and support.
In this role, you will provide DXP management monthly reports for each key account highlighting any changes, service problems, challenges from competition, customer projects and initiatives, cost savings reports, delivery delays, supply shortages from our suppliers etc.
