Program Manager needed to provide hands on leadership of sample management operations, including management of day to day tactical activities associated with consent, procurement, receiving and retrievals of the biorepository.
The Senior Project Manager (Senior PM) will work under the direction of the Program Director to support multiple projects in meeting their deliverables and objectives. This role will be responsible for developing task plans and monitoring task completion. Additionally, the Senior PM will be responsible for communicating deliverable status, both verbally and written, to project stakeholders.
The professional will be responsible for liaising between Client Relationship Management and Brand Engagement departments to assist in scoping, scheduling, and delivering innovative integrated programs.
This position is responsible for the management of activities to ensure timely preparation/co-ordination of regulatory affairs activities for a particular project and must work to high standards with minimal supervision.
This position requires good people skills in working with diverse personalities and wide range of people, including the corporate client, the business units, facilities, accounting, security, consultants and construction trades. Must be capable of developing and administering project budgets and schedules from feasibility to design and construction to commissioning and turn over. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
Directs and manages projects from beginning to end. Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business and IT&S goals, in collaboration with business owners, product owners, and other stakeholders. Works with Business Owner/Sponsor and Solution Leader and others as needed, to create a project charter, including the definition of completion criteria.
