In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the month end close, financial reporting (GAAP) & analysis, regulatory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax accounting and all accounting operations (including Accounts Payable).

Maintain primary relationships with companies located in the US, UK, Norway, Singapore, Greece and Canada. Responsible for secondary purchases and sales of single credits or portfolios.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for screening deals internally, evaluating credit worthiness, review of credit structures, analysis of historical and projected financial statements/modeling, managing the credit application process from preparation through funding.
In this position, you will manage a team that is responsible for the accounting and support functions for all FA Notes and Hardship Loans issued to Financial Advisors in North America. Daily responsibilities include the issuance of new notes, coordination with Payroll for bonus payments and note payment deductions that are past due, reconciling/applying note installments, and responding to FA Note related questions/ ad-hoc requests.
The VP will be responsible for business development in asset based financing and project financing transactions. Main responsibilities include marketing: the VP interact with clients, market bank products, negotiate terms sheets and review legal documents, credit/quantitative analysis: financial statement analysis, cash flow projection, industry analysis, credit application preparation, post-lending management, work with compliance and other business lines.
