Create compelling and relevant enablement materials in collaboration with marketing and outside vendors including landing pages, videos, software; sales decks and case studies; fact sheets, infographics and ROI calculators.
Select, develop and manage performance of individuals and team, measured by appropriate performance reports/scorecard, retention, internal promotions, training completion, and associate survey results.
