In this role, you will identify and document the problem summary and description as described by the customer as well as record the call details in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool following the documented processes.
In this role, you will provide support and training for a variety of technologies and work with internal departments to gather an understanding of new technologies as they roll-out and provide support to our internal customers.
This position prepares / updates regulatory technical documentation for in vitro diagnostic products. Focus will be on collecting and validating regulatory data in support of FDA Unique Device Identification (UDI) requirements. Must possess basic knowledge of US regulatory requirements for in vitro diagnostics, and be able to perform research using FDA and other regulatory databases.
The Technical Support Specialist I will assist the Technical Support team with tasks related to client support and troubleshooting. The selected candidate will provide technical support as required for internal and external clients.
