In this role, you will develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing. Cold calling and internet based sourcing. The majority of this will focus on technology based searches.
The recruiter will posses the ability to speak with various technical applicants and match their qualifications to our clients job requisitions. The recruiter must be able to summarize an introductory paragraph that conveys to our client why they believe this applicant is a great fit.

In this role, you will work on longer term projects like employment branding, intern programs, internal recruitment policies and more; manage full life cycle recruiting for technical roles including: engineering, devops, data science and product management.
