As a Technical Analyst in Digital Business and Data Services, you will have responsibilities that include technical analysis, writing functional/technical stories, producing interface specifications and testing related to the middleware component of Digital initiatives.
Responsible for data collection, data input and/or aggregation and data auditing to support accurate key metric reporting and analysis performed by the organization. Reviews accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management and vendors.
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.
Analyze impact of quarterly change requests to target lists; evaluates impact on workload and IC; provide support to sales management to analyze workloads and design territories using mapping software.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong hands-on Business Analysis and Data skills: facilitation and gathering of user requirements development of business requirements and functional specifications documents, system and user acceptance testing (UAT), process mapping, data extraction and validation, data mapping, reporting development & automation, building of queries, experience working with data warehouses or databases.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at peer and senior levels by interacting with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like manner, using both formal and informal communications channels to understand their issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing transactions on a monthly basis involving electronic wires and check activity. Reviewing to see if negative news or other potential AML concerns with transactions activities exist.
In this role, you will be responsible for documentation of business requirements and recommending solutions to support the business needs. This position will prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends. In some cases, the business analyst will assume project management responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on time.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide reporting, analysis and insightful recommendations to the management team on key performance metrics pertaining to Sales, Business Development, and Operations.
