Responsible for leading a team of technical account managers to manage all aspects of customer services including defining long-term service strategy, goal setting, growing existing accounts, and developing plans to introduce new products or business to customers.
Work closely with your team on strategic current and prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop knowledge of customer infrastructure, procedures & team. Review current status of implementation, support & escalation policies, best practices, and develop an overarching support strategy that matches customers need with ShoreTels support capabilities
Lead the development of project proposals including identifying and leading the pursuit team, writing strong value driven executive summaries, ensuring that the proposal completely and accurately addresses the client needs and represents company differentiators effectively. Generate high impact proposals.
