The role of the Technical Account Manager (TAM) is to provide a technical point-of-contact for IM-business units/sales branches/reseller clients to win incremental business, earn client loyalty and retain / grow share through Ingram Micro.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop knowledge of customer infrastructure, procedures & team. Review current status of implementation, support & escalation policies, best practices, and develop an overarching support strategy that matches customers need with ShoreTels support capabilities
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for successfully onboarding enterprise level client on to the platform. The Technical Account Manager will also identify customer trends (usage, needs etc) and use this knowledge to create and deliver bespoke solutions to our clients.
Incumbent is overall HDS GTM Strategic Opportunities champion for the success of HDS and GSD Solution Sets. Primary focus is on developing and driving current go-to-market strategy and supporting materials, programs, etc. to enable revenue success of HDS GTM Strategic Opportunities and overall revenue.
