Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for handling tax compliance, planning and administration; estate, gift and charitable planning; and, accounting services for the firm's High Net Worth clientele.
The Senior Tax Accountant prepares annual and interim federal tax provisions and income tax returns, including estimated tax and extension calculations. May also prepare state income and franchise tax returns for selected entities.
In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and review of Individual Tax Returns for Fiduciary Trust clients; experience preparing Gift, Partnership, Fiduciary, Private Foundation and Corporate tax returns.
The individual in this position will be responsible for preparing fiduciary Tax Returns for Trusts and Estates where Fiduciary Trust acts as Trustee and Executor as well as where Fiduciary acts as paid preparer for agency accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible to ensure both that clients comply with all applicable authorities, while at the same time minimizing their tax and reporting burdens, and self and client service teams comply with all of the firm's policies and standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain compliance and research issues involved in federal, state and local tax planning projects; review tax information supplied by client and maintains relationship with client base.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide professional support in all aspects of daily / yearly business operations including working with owner, clients and professional team on tax preparation and tax planning engagements.
In this role, the selected candidate will review of International Entity Information Report which is used for collecting financial data from international agencies and subsequently used for preparation of Form 5471.
In this role, the selected candidate will assume tax-planning responsibilities for federal and individual clients, participate in complex tax research projects for clients, and research a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions for a variety of entities and their affiliates.
