The role of the Supply Chain Manager is to assess, manage, and lead Supply Chain activities from Purchasing to Customer Delivery; the Supply Chain Manager needs to help the organization control expenses, boost sales, and maximize profits.
In addition to managing for excellence in day to day operations, the Deputy General Manager will drive industry leading initiatives. These initiatives will include growing a promising customer incentive demand management program, strengthening the implementation of real time analytical tools for optimizing distribution.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success in roles managing the supply chain process in three or more of the following skill sets, as well as a specialty in pharmaceutical and biologics supply chain and operations.
This position provides a unique mix of analytical and physical challenges due to the fast-paced nature of the business, and approximately 50% of a buyers time is spent outdoors in a hands-on environment.
You will provide daily coaching and direct mentoring; ensuring that all tools, processes and training resources are utilized to drive ongoing improvements on all key inventory performance metrics - both on an individual buyer and group level.
Develop Procurement leadership within the project(s), manage project procurement resources, and direct project procurement activities required to support the planning and execution of the project procurement operations.
The Sr. Manager will have direct financial co-piloting leadership over Operations and will work in partnership with business stakeholders to provide actionable analysis and recommendations driven by strong analytics.
