Responsible for setting up an analysis pipeline to process raw instrument output and conduct downstream bioinformatics analysis; responsible for mapping to reference genomes, de novo assembly, cancer variant detection, expression analysis, ChIP-seq etc.
Develop, test, install and configure scientific software to allow for computational analysis of large and diverse data sets; set up, maintain, and manage computer servers that will run computational analysis.
Responsible for developing code that can be easily updated to fix bugs and make changes. You will also have the chance to work on a range of other projects in addition to your day - to - day programming.
Provide technical leadership, solution design, and hands on development support to multiple (at-least 3 security Epics); be equally adept at planning, technical design, hands on development, and developer communications.
Youll work on our dev team in a lightweight agile environment, on projects ranging from interactive student activities to dashboards for school administrators to internal tools for our sales, marketing, and creative teams.
