Provide direction and leadership to enable a professional on-boarding experience for fiber and limited coax commercial customers. This role will be a critical link between Enterprise, Regional and local Market Area leadership teams serving as a single point of contact.
Prepare and effectively drive engagement project kickoff calls, set customer expectation, manage project staffing and team onboarding, and ensure customers deploy their company solutions for successful outcomes.
The BCS Manager will be directly responsible for the timely resolution of all service impacting incidents with relevance to their specific Business alignment. Furthermore, as part of an extended Team the successful candidate with provide cross business, cross regional coverage where appropriate to ensure consistent service delivery across the supported in-scope application infrastructure.
