he Senior Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting plans through research, cold calling, candidate development, assessment and presentation, negotiation of offers, relocation packages and closing of new hires.
In this role, the selected candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment for corporate searches strategy, search briefing, sourcing, screening candidates, collecting and distributing feedback, checking references, extending offers, negotiating/closing and starting pre-hire onboarding process.
In this role, you will be responsible for
direct sourcing tools and approaches such as social media, x-ray searches, etc. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a recruiting strategy for each position; implement recommended recruiting plan including use of suggested job sites, relevant events, optimizing job postings, etc.
