Partners with legal to understand candidates existing restrictive covenant agreements; modifies recruiting activity appropriately; facilitates the crafting and completion of any relative, necessary documentation.
Responsible for interviewing prospective employees and evaluating candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent in classification and selection for a wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines.
In this role, the selected candidate will work effectively with a large volume of candidates and open requisitions; develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates for our Fortune 500 clients.
Works with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and creates a recruiting strategy for each position. Implements recommended recruiting plan including use of suggested job sites, relevant events, optimizing job postings, etc.
Maintain accurate records regarding all provider recruitment efforts, current candidate statuses, onboarding queue information, and submit supporting reports to leadership in HR and respective service lines for evaluation of recruitment efforts.
Builds and executes search plans which include target lists, job description review and validation, candidate assessment criteria, sourcing methodologies and tools, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, assessment and presentation of a qualified and diverse candidate slate, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection and offer crafting and negotiation.
