Clearly articulate the value proposition of new product features and partnerships across a range of content, including, but not limited to: product collateral, training materials, case studies, and client communications.
Identifying process and systems gaps preventing realization of the future state process model and creating and prioritizing product backlog by identifying unmet user needs (Gathering & prioritizing functional system requirements).
Drive operational excellence in the Business Marketing organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.
Leads and develops new product marketing launch plans, ensuring all internal and external resources are in place: collateral development, website management with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Public Relations, sales tools, event support, customer notifications, etc.
