Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to develop advanced BEOL etch processes to meet technology (e.g. performance, yield, and reliability) and manufacturing (e.g. process stability, cost of ownership) targets.
This person will be responsible for managing projects from concept through design, construction and close out. Leading engineering design teams, preparing proposals, developing project budgets, scheduling and overall work planning.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying cost reduction opportunities using advanced process control, system optimization, process engineering analyses, and multivariate statistical principles.
