The Strategic Market Manager serves as the lead marketing team member for these practices with direct responsibility for the development and deployment of annual strategic marketing plans, including direct responsibility for: defining fully integrated initiatives; marketing deliverables; and budget planning, management and reporting.
The position is responsible for the development of company marketing programs for one or more products or business franchises. Specifically, the Group Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that increases market share penetration, revenues and profits.
This position plays a critical role in the growth of the product portfolio. The Marketing Manager will work with little supervision and, as such, be able to bring their own brand of creativity and initiative to the role.
In this role, you will identify, develop, and lead strategy and execution of all consumer facing adherence assets (via partnership with Trade colleagues) as well as in-office patient educational materials to engage patients and caregivers to maximize the brand's launch trajectory.

The person in this role must have an expert understanding of and be responsible for managing marketing automation tools. The manager of demand generation will own the marketing funnel and deliver metrics and analysis around it.
In this role, you will ensure all academic marketing activities and results are effectively communicated to sales and other stakeholders. Deliver a coordinated (calendar) overview of all academic marketing activity per quarter.
In this role, you will redesign and innovate around several moments of truth in our client experience. Example moments include onboarding, choosing a marketing objective, and understanding performance against an objective.
