As an integral member of the Nursing Leadership team, the Medical-Surgical Clinical Nurse Leader / Educator (RN) will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating educational programs and services to meet the learning needs of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nursing support staff.
The primary functions include providing technical nursing support and consultation to residential managers, teams and direct care staff regarding health and wellness needs of the supported individuals and to educate direct care staff in specific maintenance and preventive care methods.
