The selected candidate will develops knowledge of effective sales techniques, familiarity with industry and understanding of ProBuild products and services, as well as knowledge of ProBuild policies and procedures. Attends company-sponsored training programs, as well as conferences, trade shows and meetings of professional organizations to expand knowledge.
The Territory Manager is to be the driving force necessary in the planning, organizing, coordination, and management, required in their respective territory, to meet the sales goals and growth objectives of the Company.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account; generates and secures new business-to-business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure activation / guidelines securing incremental distribution, menu placements, price specials / promo, brand visibility, proper glassware, product facing and displays, work w/ wholesaler rep when necessary.
The successful candidate will eventually move on to internal and external training to prepare for a full time sales position. Once in the sales position the candidate will be responsible for developing new business.
In this role, the selected candidate will operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures; develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals.
