Promote the sale of weil-mclain products to new and existing wholesale distributors and national accounts located within the sales territory utilizing personal sales calls on distributor principles on a scheduled basis. Distributor principles include top management, sales management, purchasing management, inventory control, sales, warehouse, warranty/claims, accounts payable departments, and other customer functions having any involvement with the sale of weil-mclain products.
In this role, the selected candidate will responsible for the development of cutting tool solutions for new applications, in collaboration with Application Engineering and customer manufacturing teams.
Developing a distributors business and for conducting training and field meetings with their assigned territories in addition to successfully on-boarding new distributors and conducting route surveys within the territory.
Develop and present solution oriented proposals consisting of a technical solution and business ROI analysis. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify the business value add and to develop and present the ROI case for the proposed solution.
Working in concert with the Client Success and Support teams, maintain exceptional client relationships to ensure a high level of renewals within assigned clients, to gain additional share within existing clients, and to win referrals to new clients.
Develop long-term customer relationships and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide accurate price quotations and work directly with the customer and integrators in the defined vertical.
