Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the sales specialists in order to achieve performance objectives; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring and utilization of resources aligned with organizational vision.
The Manager will support the District Manager by interfacing with national, regional and independent exhibitors. Among other things, the Manager will negotiate terms and playtime with exhibitors. The Manager will work with internal departments like Accounting, Exhibitor Relations and Publicity to further the success of our department and our titles.
Develop long-term customer relationships and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide accurate price quotations and work directly with the customer and integrators in the defined vertical.
Promote the sale of weil-mclain products to new and existing wholesale distributors and national accounts located within the sales territory utilizing personal sales calls on distributor principles on a scheduled basis. Distributor principles include top management, sales management, purchasing management, inventory control, sales, warehouse, warranty/claims, accounts payable departments, and other customer functions having any involvement with the sale of weil-mclain products.
Responsible for successful sales execution within a defined region, are at the forefront of the clients sales initiatives and will be part of an integrated sales and services team approach focused on continuing high-growth success.
Developing a distributors business and for conducting training and field meetings with their assigned territories in addition to successfully on-boarding new distributors and conducting route surveys within the territory.
