In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all recruitment activities ensuring that the program meets contractual obligations for enrollment; recruit and assess applicants who are interested in programs and evaluate for program fit.

The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team by ensuring that applicant flow is maintained and is accurate, metrics are maintained, and that new hire on-boarding is performed seamlessly, through the effective utilization of the applicant tracking system and other available resources.
