This position will include serving as outside closing counsel for regional lenders with active commercial lending departments and representing owners and developers of commercial real estate in leasing, acquisition, financing, and development transactions.
Interface with Credit Risk Management, Compliance, Credit Administration and senior.Prepare CRE lending packages for presentation, including appropriate research and analysis, stress testing, spreads, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will possess the ability to understand the client's business objectives and incorporate those objectives into and project those objectives in appropriate transaction documents
This is a Strategic Account Executive role where you will be responsible for hunting and recruiting top performing and elite real estate agents to join the team. You are expected to build pipeline with agents and also brokerage firms. You will also assist the sales management team with revenue growth initiatives and develop strategies for new agent, development, and resale acquisitions.

In this role, the selected candidate will oversee management of loan administrative requirements, financial reporting, valuation, loan covenant compliance, lender approvals, lender annual reviews, and review and approval of debt service payments
The paralegal will assist with all aspects of transactions from inception through the closing and post closing phases. Responsibilities will including preparing and handling UCC filings, forming and qualifying business entities, preparing closing documents, attending closings, preparing closing binders and following up on all post closing aspects of the transaction.
Work with clients in connection with loan defaults, joint ventures, and other types of rea estate financing transactions. They represent lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial lending and financing transactions (constructionloans, leasehold mortgage loans, etc.).
