Working with the Director, Communications in conjunction with Enterprise Communications, Region/Business Line and Function management, implement targeted internal communication strategies on message and on time.
Develop and coordinate a corporate public relations strategy and programs to support the Company's reputation and branding, in support of operational business units and in coordination with marketing communications.
Collaborates with colleagues across the Office of Communications & Marketing (press, digital media, marketing, and publications) to develop and deliver timely, complementary internal communications messages as they may relate to important external news, institutional progress, advertising, or external publications.
Work with Executive Director to develop disruptive global communications strategies for all brands, all programs; devise programming and campaigns that will engage editors, bloggers, influencers and consumers to increase awareness and brand consideration.
Develop and implement advertising programs based on informed research. Work with both agencies and in-house staff in developing campaigns, determining media mix and managing the development of materials.
Cultivating media contacts, collaborating with, and helping manage external PR firm (newsPRos), to include: securing media placements, profiling stories, preparing partners for interviews and providing guidance on publication and speaking opportunities.
Build and maintain collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships internally with global teams and externally with third-party partners; provide perspective and insight to the department on internal, peer and industry developments in relation to the media and marketplace.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the digital agenda and developing holistic 360 communication plans for the Dew brand. This includes developing and executing initiatives that will improve both long-term equity and drive volume.
